Deep Flow: what is it?<\/h3><\/div>

First and foremost, it's an approach designed to bring balance to the relationship between the physical, emotional and energetic bodies.

By releasing tension, whatever its origin, this technique aims to balance the nervous system (DEEP) and improve breathing quality (FLOW). The aim is to create a feeling of well-being that facilitates and enables re-education of the body in movement.
