Goals
Learn basic "Deep Tissue" massage techniques, enabling precise, in-depth massages.
In time, advanced classes are added/offered.
Description
The program alternates between theory and practice. You'll learn to master technical gestures, understand depth in the context of tissue layers and adopt safe body mechanics.
Anne Compagnon, massage therapist (USA) for over 30 years, guides you on your journey.
Prerequisites
Basic knowledge of anatomy and physiology and previous massage experience are recommended.
